Transitional Kindergarten

1st Grade

2nd Grade

Backpack - a sturdy backpack large enough to hold folders, notebooks, and a lunchbox (labeled with the child's name)
PE shoes (labeled with the child's name)
Pencil case
#2 Pencils (preferably pre-sharpened, or a small pencil sharpener with a receptacle)
Erasers - large pink erasers or pencil-top erasers
Crayons - box of 24 crayons
Glue sticks - several large glue sticks
Scissors - child-safe blunt-tip scissors
Notebooks - 1-2 wide-ruled spiral notebooks
Dry erase markers - 2-4 dry erase markers (black or dark colors) and a small eraser or old sock

Optional:

Colored pencils: set of 12 or 24 colored pencils
Washable markers: set of 8 or 10 broad-tip washable markers
Headphones/earbuds: a comfortable set for classroom activities (labeled with the child's name)
Water bottle - reusable water bottle (labeled with the child's name)
Highlighters - 1-2 highlighters (various colors)

3rd Grade
